  The only thing good about this place was our waitress who was sweet. The first plate I ordered was chicken and it was rubbery, tasteless and over cooked. They really did try to help and they offered something else, so... I ordered beef, only to nearly throw up as I half swallowed a hair. My husband asked for a drink and he could not believe it had no lemon or lime, standard anywhere you order a drink, they said it was a 10 cent charge. I feel bad the place is beautiful and on the lake, has potential if it had better food. Not for me but maybe for others. I do wish them best of luck!

  The food is always delicious and the ingredients often unexpected. Connie has an eye for beautiful food. The beet salad was a whole lot more than beets! The Creative Plate is a Muskoka gem.

  Prior to my visit, I touched base with Connie via email before visiting to ensure they were going to be open during our visit and to see if they could handle a group of 14 people, she answered quickly and assured me everything would be good.

  I've been twice now. The menu is short and different each time and full of delightful options. The desserts are even better.

  The drinks are fun but nothing special but if you should be here for the food. Everything looks good and everything I have tried tastes good.

  Amazing food, very friendly staff and wonderful atmosphere! So happy find a great restaurant in Muskoka that’s open year round. Excellent variety of food for every taste and they were very helpful with dietary restrictions. Will definitely be back!

  Shortly after we arrived I introduced myself to Connie and she was very welcoming and accommodating. She did explain that she was short staffed and training new staff and there might be a delay. Once the food was served everyone had commented that it looked and tasted homemade, very tasty! After we were finished our waitress announced that because of the delay they would like to provide us with some homemade chocolate fudge cheese cake that was to die for........
