  I contacted Home Building Centre in Gravenhurst on July 6, 2017 to get a quote on buying a front door and getting it installed . The quote person came the same day but an hour late . I asked him what it would cost me for installation he said he would need to contact the installer for the price I said ok. I gave him my email address so he can send me the full price for door and installation. I waited a couple of days and heard nothing from him so I called he said he was going to send me the info it was on his desk he was busy I said ok. Waited another couple of days called him again he said he had a cold . Now its been a week and still no answer, so I guess this company doesn't need the business

  Been dealing with them for many years. Customer service is excellent. Hasn't always been perfect on the advice, but pretty darn close. Good corporate attitude toward employees and community and this trickles down to caring staff who really make an effort.
