  Whatever you do, do not let them perform "maintenance check" on your Stihl chainsaw. (Which you pay for up front) I took an older functioning saw into the store, with one minor item needing replacement, which I ask for the to estimate. They took the whole saw apart, phoned me, and told me the "repairs" were more than the cost of a new one, so "why not buy a new one" When I stated I had no interest, and as I asked just do what I asked, the said "sorry since it's been taken apart it's not functional" I couldn't believe it! so in fact they caused such a problem, the saw is junk. Trust me, avoid getting your saw looked at here.

  I have been shopping at this store for approx. 30 yrs +. (old and new ownership) It is a rare thing to have such an accommodating staff in this day and age. Today (July 11) I made a few purchases and was as usual treated almost as a guest as apposed to a customer. The assistant manager (as well as everyone else I talked to) went above and beyond the call of duty to make my shopping experience both comfortable and informative. KUDOS ! Customer service still lives in some places of business.
