  What terrible customer service - The Receptionist is rude and unwilling to work with patients.. I was told my this lady that " I dont manage peoples insurance policy's so you can call" No one was asking her to "manage" anything- our union was asking for the dentist office to call if they had any questions on processing the claims. I would expect that any dentist office would be more then willing to work with its patients instead of being rude.. So my reaction was Ive cancelled my appointment - and now going to find my self and family a new dentist, total shame considering -

  Would not recommend. Very dishonest, they put profit before the patient. Went here and was told I have 5 cavities between my teeth (that are not visible and were not causing any dicomfort), with an estimated cost of 824$. I did not have the money, and since I was not in pain I did not receive treatment. However, after going to a different dentist for a follow up some time later, they explained how I had only one cavity that could have been prevented with certain cleaning techniques. Not only did this dentist not tell me that my cavity was barely through the enamel and preventable, they also tried to charge me for many that did not exist. They are also very hard to get ahold of, many problems with unanswered calls and voicemails.
