  The staff was excellent, especially while hosting several hockey teams. The security guard was diligent in his duties, but never put a damper on our visit.

  I was very impressed with our experience at this hotel. It was amazing on all points, staff and guest service was phenomenal, I think the best I’ve experienced at any hotel. I felt so welcome and more like I was at a bed and breakfast or staying with family than at a hotel. all staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious and very clean and the complementary breakfast was awesome with many options. Will most deffinetely be staying here again if I’m back in the area.

  Second time I've been here, and like last time, it's been a great experience. They have the friendliest and most helpful staff! My room key wasn't working and a cleaning person noticed. They asked to see my ID, they called down to confirm and then opened the door for me. I didn't even have to ask.

  The only criticism is the breakfast, although very delicious, there wasn't enough variety or healthy options.

  Our family had a great time here. I'm trying to think of a reason to knock off a star... but I can't. The breakfast is great, the pool and amenities are good. Staff is super friendly and helpful; and the kitchens/kitchenettes are the best for our varied food preferences. The hotel is a doggy heaven. Almost everyone had their pets it seems. They are welcome here; it's nice to not be forced to leave a family member behind!

  I didn't get the chance to use the pool or fitness room, but I enjoyed an early morning run along the "boardwalk" of shops and the nearby trails.

  Attended the weekend of November 24th for a hockey tournament. Nicest place we've ever stayed while travelling with the team. The rooms are beautiful, clean and functional with a full stove/oven, apartment size fridge, dishwasher, and all of the kitchen amenities. Also a fireplace. The view was beautiful especially on the balcony fashioned with Muskoka chairs! Loved the balcony! I would definitely stay again!

  The location was amazing. We went during winter, but we can tell it looks beautiful the rest of the seasons. The room was neat and comfortable! We had everything we need there at our. Service was A+++. We want to come back for summer!
