  Would never use this company again. The prices are excessive and because in a high end area think they can charge high end prices. $95.00 per hour. Generator call $150.00 just for labour to change oil. Cottage is very close to main road. Call someone else, you will be glad you did. Also, had our generator serviced every year. But the battery failed and had to pay extra service call, which should have been caught at time of annual service. Please call another company and you will be much happier.

  The scope of work they have performed for us over they years is extensive. We have never been disappointed with the quality of work or their ability to deliver within the timeline that they provide. In all cases the work performed was billed at the quoted rate (unless we decided to upgrade some aspect of the job). The largest contributor to my positivity on this company is their ability and capability to handle ALL aspects of our plumbing, heating and electrical needs. Like most working people we find ourselves very busy so I appreciate the fact that Stevenson's can handle all of our needs and we just need to make 1 call. I would recommend Stevenson to my friends and family without hesitation.

  I was rear ended by one of the Gravenhurst Plumbing employees at a red light, with my three young children in the vehicle. The damage was minimal, and I didn't report to police, knowing the company clearly advertised on the vehicle, knowing they were local and even having a personal connection with them (a family member had been a previous employee). I had assumed there would be no issues.

  It's disappointing that a local company in a small town doesn't have the integrity to deal with a situation that is the complete fault of their employee in their company branded work vehicle.

  When I personally approached the company, expressing my frustration and anxiety over my car seats (which are recommended to be replaced by manufacturers and insurance in any degree of vehicle collision) the owners refused to give insurance information, claimed the driver in question (who I could describe) hadn't admitted to the incident and then wouldn't return my phone calls. No compensation - and not even an apology. I didn't even bother trying to pursue the damage to my vehicle! After reporting to the police, they lied on their statement saying they had no employees in the area at the time of day.

  Excellent customer service. We are very happy with our experience with Stevenson plumbing starting with the quick response time. We made an urgent call to Brent who was able to arrange a visit the same day within hours. Jordan had to work in -25 degree snowy weather while practically hanging upside down most of the time. Koodos to him!
